As a class we'll paddle through beautiful lakes, take in the scenery, and anchor (ahoy!) for an energizing yoga flow suited for all levels.

A beginner can absolutely take a SUP class! I provide beginner-advanced instruction for every level.
Once we anchor, the boards are very stable. We also start class at in the morning when the water is very calm. But, it is possible. That's what the life vests are for!
Ages 15-17 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
